The JTA ReadiRide app streamlines the process of planning, booking, and paying for transportation services. Operated by the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) in partnership with Owl Inc., ReadiRide offers users affordable, on-demand transport across eight designated neighborhood zones: Arlington, Beaches, Highlands, Mandarin, Northside, Southeast, Southside, and Southwest.

This service empowers customers to dictate their pickup and drop-off locations, enhancing connectivity to various JTA transit hubs or bus stops.

Reservations are available Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., with travel restricted to the confines of each respective ReadiRide neighborhood zone (for instance, a pickup in the Beaches zone limits drop-off options to that area).

The fare structure is straightforward, with a one-way fare of $2 per passenger.
